Monday Feature
Product design | 4th year grad
A fourth-year academic group project that emerged from identifying a broader social and organizational challenge the growing gap between personal workload and task management
in fast paced work environments. Using the Monday.com platform as a case study, the project proposes a new feature that allows employees to update their personal workload, creating a shared understanding between employees and managers and supporting more informed and human aware decision making around task distribution. I contributed to shaping the project’s core concept and UX thinking, working collaboratively on research and the design
of new feature interfaces.
