Challenge
In high-pressure work enviroments, task planning doesn't
always reflect employees' personal load.

Solution
In this group project we proposed a Monday.com feature that
lets employees update their personal load status, enabling clearer
alignment and more informed task distribution.

My role
I contributed to shaping the project's core concept and UX direction,
collaborated on research insights, and designed key feature interfaces.
